Registration: Here's how it works

Private and occupational pension customers

  1. Enter your customer number and your policy number. Private clients will find this information in their policy and invoice document. Occupational pension customers will find the information in the certificate of benefits infoletter.
  2. Create your user account. You will need to enter your e-mail address and mobile phone number, and choose a password. The password must be at least 8 characters long and contain upper-case and lower-case letters as well as numbers.
  3. When your user account has been created, you will receive an e-mail containing an activation link. Please confirm your e-mail address by responding within 14 days.

Corporate customers

  1. Enter your customer number and your policy number. This is information you will find in your policy and invoice document.
  2. Request your personal registration code. You will need to fill out the form and mail it back to us, duly signed by an authorised company officer.
  3. When your registration code arrives you can continue with registration and create an administrator account. You can use the administrator account to give others working at your company access to my.Allianz.
  4. When your administrator account has been created, you will receive an e-mail containing an activation link. Please confirm your e-mail address by responding within 14 days.
